eHealth certificate
Link it once when you start, and we’ll guide you through it. After that, Nollie logs in securely to every service on your behalf, without you having to think about it.
eHealth is the secure network of Belgian healthcare; MyCareNet is the set of health insurance fund services that run on it. Nollie connects to it directly: you link your certificate once, and from then on certificates, invoices and agreements flow automatically.
The eHealth platform is the digital backbone of Belgian healthcare: a federal institution (established by law in 2008) that offers secure services for healthcare software to connect to. It verifies who you are, encrypts what you send and makes sure data only reaches those entitled to see it, within the rules of consent and the therapeutic relationship.
For you as a physiotherapist, eHealth is above all the channel through which you deal with the health insurance funds: checking insurability, issuing certificates, invoicing and requesting agreements. In Nollie, these services aren’t an extra module; they’re the engine of the software.
Six services, zero portals. Everything happens where you already work: your calendar and your patient record.

New patient? Nollie automatically requests their entitlements and increased reimbursement status from the health insurance fund and applies the correct RIZIV/INAMI rate straight away.
Session finished? One click and the care certificate goes digitally to the health insurance fund. The response (accepted or rejected) lands in your worklist automatically.
Using the third-party payer scheme? Nollie builds the batches per health insurance fund, sends them and follows up every service until the payment adds up.
Automatic agreements often come back within seconds; for decisions by the medical advisor, Nollie follows up until the answer is in.
Register the therapeutic relationship with your patient with a single eID read, straight from the patient record: the legal basis for consulting insurability and agreements.
New eHealth services and obligations arrive with a regular update, with no extra module and no extra charge
From 1 January 2027, every physiotherapist must use four MyCareNet services digitally: eAgreement, eAttest, eFact and the digital insurability check. All four come as standard in Nollie. If you already work with Nollie today, you won’t even notice the deadline.
Try Nollie free for 30 days, with all four mandatory MyCareNet services already on board.
