Just graduated and only recently opened your own practice? You have better things to spend your money on than software. That’s why Nollie gives you your first six months completely free, including your practice website and hosting. The complete package, with no setup fee and no stripped-down version.
What’s included
Everything, including your practice website
- ✓The full Nollie package. Calendar, patient records, eAttest, eFact, insurability and your figures. No starter edition with fewer features.
- ✓Your practice website, normally €35 per month. You build it yourself in Nollie and put it online when you’re ready, without being charged a thing.
- ✓Hosting and domain name included. Your site runs on a fast network with https, and if you don’t have a domain yet, you get one.
- ✓Help getting started. We help you set up your practice and link your eHealth certificate, so you can start issuing certificates right away.
- ✓All updates. New features and new eHealth services are added automatically, even during your free months.

The starter pack is designed specifically for physiotherapists taking their first steps in the profession. To qualify, you must meet both of these conditions:

You apply for the licence in your own name
The subscription is in your name, not that of a practice or employer that already has one.

Your RIZIV/INAMI number is no more than six months old
In other words, you received your number within the past six months. At the first invoice, we check the registration date in the official RIZIV/INAMI database.
Important: what counts is the first registration of your RIZIV/INAMI number. A change to your number because of a specialisation does not count as a start date.
How it works
From application to six months without an invoice
No discount codes, no offer that quietly expires. It’s simply part of your contract.
2 · We check
At the first invoice, we check the registration date of your RIZIV/INAMI number. If everything is in order, the pack is locked in.
One check, then it’s sorted
3 · Six months of nothing
You use the full package and your practice website without paying for it. After that, your regular subscription kicks in.
Practice website and hosting included
- The six free months are not a trial period, but a fixed part of your Nollie subscription.
- If you do not meet the conditions at the check, we may refuse the application. You lose nothing: your subscription simply continues at the regular rate, or you cancel.
- The starter pack applies per therapist and cannot be combined with a licence already in the name of another practice.
