Read the eID and you’re done: Nollie pulls in the personal details and automatically checks insurability and increased reimbursement with the health insurance fund.
In Nollie, the electronic patient record (EPR) is the heart of your physiotherapy practice: everything about your patient in one place, and every certificate, every invoice and every agreement goes out straight from it.
The electronic patient record (EPR) is the digital successor to the paper patient file. In Nollie it is also a working tool: it counts your sessions, knows the right fee, keeps an eye on the prescription and talks to the health insurance funds through the built-in eHealth network.
You record the treatment once. Nollie carries that same data through to the certificate, the invoice and the report. Retyping is a thing of the past.
Everything that used to be scattered across folders, notebooks and loose sheets, in one place and always up to date.
Read the eID and you’re done: Nollie pulls in the personal details and automatically checks insurability and increased reimbursement with the health insurance fund.
The physiotherapy prescription with start date, number of sessions and pathology. The session counter keeps pace with every appointment, and a scan or photo of the paper prescription is read in automatically.
History, examination, findings and treatment plan, with dated notes for each session. Jot things down during treatment, readable for you and your colleagues.
What has been charged, sent, accepted or paid, per session and per patient. eAttest and eFact go out straight from the record in one click.
Every appointment belongs to a record and a prescription. When scheduling, you see straight away whether there are sessions left.
Draw on a 3D model of the body where the patient has symptoms: pain, radiating pain, tingling, numbness or stiffness, each in its own colour. With a pain score and notes.
Where exactly is the pain, and how far does it radiate? In the medical record you open a 3D model of the body, male or female, and draw directly on the skin where the patient has symptoms. Rotate the body, zoom in, or jump straight to the front, back or side view.
Each type of symptom has its own colour, so the picture is instantly readable:
For each chart you note a pain score from 0 to 10 and a short comment. Every body chart is dated and appears in the record’s timeline, between your treatment notes. At the top of the record you see the latest chart and how the pain score is evolving. So you can show the patient their progress in black and white.
A patient record is sensitive information. That’s why Nollie treats it like a vault: at no point is your record readable. Not on the server, not in transit, and not in the copies.
Your records are stored encrypted on the server, with AES-256. Even someone with physical access to the disks couldn’t read a thing.
Every connection, from your browser to the eHealth network, runs over a secure line. Nothing ever travels across the internet in readable form.
Everything is backed up automatically several times a day. Those copies get the same protection and are stored separately in European data centres.
Roles and the therapeutic relationship determine who can get in, and every time a record is opened, it is logged. Nobody looks over your shoulder unseen.
Belgian patients’ rights law and the GDPR are clear: only care providers with a therapeutic relationship may consult a record, and patients may always view their own record.
Nollie puts those rules into practice: roles determine who sees what in your practice, every consultation is logged, and data leaves the record only through the secure eHealth services. You remain the guardian of the record. The software helps you live up to that role.
The paper era has an end date: from 1 January 2027, every physiotherapist must work digitally with four MyCareNet services: eAgreement, eAttest, eFact and the digital insurability check.
All those mandatory flows start from your patient record, exactly the way Nollie already works today. If you already keep your records in Nollie, the 2027 deadline will pass without you noticing a thing.
