What do I need to get started?
A browser and your eHealth certificate, nothing more. Connect once, and eAttest, eFact, eAgreement and the insurability check run automatically via MyCareNet.
Can I bring my patients over from my current software?
Yes. We move your patients, prescriptions and history over together with you during your free trial.
Does Nollie work for duo and group practices?
Definitely. Every physiotherapist has their own calendar and their own eHealth connection; records and the financial overview are shared per practice. Roles decide who sees what: owner or physiotherapist.
What if my practice grows or shrinks?
You invite a colleague by e-mail, or deactivate an account. The price adjusts automatically (€30 per physio). You never have to migrate.
What if a certificate is rejected?
You immediately see the reason given by the health insurance fund, make your changes and resend, with no forms or phone calls.
Is electronic billing mandatory for physiotherapists?
Not yet: paper is still allowed today. But from 1 January 2027, working digitally via eAttest, eFact and eAgreement becomes the legal standard for every physiotherapist. Switch now and you can get used to it calmly at your own pace, while your certificates and invoices are processed and paid faster by the health insurance funds. How much does Nollie cost?
€30 per physio per month, excl. VAT. That covers everything: calendar, patient records, eAttest, eFact, eAgreement and insurability. Only the practice website is a separate option at €35 per month.
Can patients book an appointment online?
Yes. Your practice gets its own booking page where patients pick a free slot in five steps, without creating an account. The booking appears in your calendar straight away and counts towards the session counter as usual.
