Open Nollie and you instantly see what’s happening today: who’s coming, who’s in with you now, what that patient still needs and what’s still outstanding. No searching the calendar, no lists on paper.
The basics
The first thing you see, every morning
The Today screen sits at the top of your menu and is the first tab on your phone. Nollie greets you, shows the date and lays out your day: your appointments on the left, the patient whose turn it is on the right, and below that what’s left to do.
At the top are three figures: how many appointments you have today (and how many are home visits), how many sessions are already completed, and how many appointments from previous days are still unpaid.
Completed means completed: a session only counts as completed once it has also been paid. That way nothing can slip through the cracks at the end of the day.

Every appointment for today in order, with exactly the information and buttons that matter at that moment.
Session counter per appointment
For each appointment you see which session it is on the prescription. If it’s the last one, Nollie reminds you to ask the patient for a new prescription.

An appointment without a prescription or a payment still outstanding stands out immediately. You link a prescription straight from the list.
Sorted before the patient leaves

Session done but not yet paid? Mark it as paid or let the patient pay on your payment terminal, without leaving the screen.

For a home visit the address is right there, with one button for directions. Address still missing? Add it from the list.
From one patient to the next
No-show? Reschedule right away
If a patient doesn’t turn up, mark it with one click and book a new appointment in the same move.

The patient in with you now, on one card
The right-hand side of your screen always shows the patient who matters right now: whoever is in your treatment room, otherwise whoever is coming next, and at the end of the day your last patient. Without opening their file, you see:
- ✓The prescription. How many sessions have been used out of the total, with a bar showing how far along you are.
- ✓What’s outstanding. Unpaid appointments and the amount, or simply: nothing.
- ✓The previous and next appointment. Nothing booked yet? Nollie warns you while the patient is still with you.
- ✓Your last note. A quick look back at what you did last time, before you start.
Plan next books the next session straight away, and Medical record opens the full record, with your notes and body charts, without leaving your day.

What you still need to do, from earlier days
Anything that still needs doing today is shown with the appointment itself. Whatever was left over from yesterday or earlier, Nollie gathers below your patient card, grouped and with a counter:
- ✓Without a prescription. Appointments that can’t be invoiced yet, with a button to link a prescription straight away.
- ✓Outstanding amounts. What hasn’t been paid yet, with the total amount. You can mark an appointment as paid directly.
- ✓Prescriptions nearly used up. Patients coming back soon whose prescription is all but used up.
- ✓Calendar conflicts. If you sync with another calendar, you see here when it and Nollie contradict each other.
Empty groups disappear by themselves. Once everything’s cleared, Nollie simply tells you: all caught up.
